Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will be responsible for:

• The safe completion of all Maintenance plans and activities within the Open Cut Maintenance Department.
• Providing Maintenance crews with clear objectives whilst being able to meet day-to-day Maintenance targets.

Skills and Experience

Essential Criteria:

• A nationally recognized trade qualification.
• Proven leadership ability with a very strong commitment to safety.
• Exceptional communications skills to clearly communicate maintenance plans and required outcomes to crews.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Supervisory level or above.
• The ability to work rotating rosters including night shift.
• OEM Experience; Liebherr/Caterpillar/Komatsu.
