About the Role
Our Department Purpose: “Together, Our House, Your Home”
The Maintenance Support Officer Role (MSO) is a FIFO position flying in and out of Port Hedland on a 5/2 4/3 roster supporting a Maintenance Team looking after over 1100 BHP owned properties in the Port Hedland area.
Reporting to the NPI Superintendent Community Infrastructure, the focus of the Maintenance Support Officer will include:
- Processing the Maintenance requests in 1SAP / FIORI ensuring notification information is correct and the appropriate urgency identified.
- General Tenant communications co-ordinating access and providing maintenance updates and information.
- Provide Team administrative support directed through Superintendent.
- Provide front line support to Maintenance Supervisors and Planners, by being the first point of call for incoming maintenance requests.
- Support Team with continuous improvement activities.
About You

- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Suite including Outlook, MS Teams, Word and Excel
- Experience with 1SAP, FIORI and Plant Maintenance preferred.
- Current Drivers License (C Class)

Port Hedland residents can enjoy well-established education services, entertainment, shopping and medical facilities. The excellent sporting and leisure facilities include; a new aquatic centre, sports stadium and water play park. The town’s beaches and mangroves are home to an abundance of fish and other wildlife.
