We are looking for a self-motivated and multi-tasking administration professional to join our Operational Excellence team in Marandoo full-time as the Management Support Officer. This role is a great opportunity for you to demonstrate your high-level organisational skills supporting our Operational Managers with administrative/secretarial support. Working a FIFO 5:2 4:3 roster ex Perth based at Marandoo Operations and reporting to the Administration Supervisor, key duties of this role include but are not limited to:

  • High level of efficient and effective secretarial support to Manager Fixed Plant & MEM and Manager Mining and Services including calendar management, travel arrangements, credit card reconciliations, meeting and presentation preparations, actions and minute taking
  • High level of administrative support to the Senior Site Executive including upkeep of the statutory appointments and licences register for Marandoo Operations and system support with SRS
  • Lead, support and co-ordinate site-wide events, projects and activities including VIP visits, Family Days, Service Awards, and other Manager-led events both onsite and offsite
  • Administrative support with rewards and recognition programs including High 5
  • Stakeholder engagement with internal and external business partners
  • General administrative support to the site leadership team and coverage opportunities within the wider site administration team

What you’ll bring

  • Advanced secretarial and administration support skills
  • High level of proficiency in the use of the Microsoft office suite of programs including Teams and SharePoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • High level attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities with a flexible working approach in dealing with fluctuating workloads and multiple priorities
  • Strong knowledge of key RTIO systems including SAP, INX, RTTMS, SRS etc is advantageous but not essential
  • A current C Class manual driver’s licence
