About the role
We are seeking a senior change management professional to perform the role of Manager Change Management and drive the embedment of change for the Procurement Strategy, Risk and Governance team with majority of focus on Procurement strategy and transformation.
Reporting to the Manager Procurement Strategy & Integration, this is a great opportunity for an experienced change management professional to embed change within the team and bring creativity to the approach. You will lead, engage, and develop a team of professionals. Working in a challenging and exciting environment withing the Global Procurement team, you will:
- Develop and execute change management strategies and plans with majority of focus on Procurement strategy and transformation
- Work closely with program and Procurement stakeholders to ensure number and sequencing of projects is executable, and change practices and approaches are aligned with program management style
- Demonstrate ownership of systems and behaviours to maximise stakeholder engagement and adoption of change, including the evaluation of effectiveness
- Influence how we shape our portfolio of projects to ensure maximum implementation effectiveness for the Procurement function and beyond
- Collaborate across project teams and pipeline to identify and manage stakeholder expectations, dependencies, conflicts, risks, and impacts of changes
- Lead a team of communications and change management practitioners, providing coaching and support
- Support project delivery to ensure impact, adoption and sustainability
- Support the benefits tracking approach, processes, and tools to demonstrate change adoption and progress. Articulate the ‘benefits story’ for all Strategy, Risk & Governance

- Collaboration – Able to work with a variety of stakeholders and understand how to best work with varied stakeholders and complex priorities
This role will be particularly well-suited for an experienced management consultant seeking to join the mining industry and have a greater impact on the business.
