We are looking for a Delivery Manager who will be accountable for our Low Code portfolio within the Products & Software Development (P&SD) function. Specifically, we are seeking someone with expertise in leading the Power Apps (low-code) portfolio of applications.
This is a great opportunity for a proven, agile delivery manager to be responsible for delivering prioritised value-driven features, using appropriate management techniques, collaboration, leadership and governance within our P&SD function.

Reporting to the Senior Delivery Manager and working in a collaborative and diverse community within our P&SD function, you will:
- Lead and oversee the development of Power Apps and low-code applications, ensuring they align with business requirements and objectives.
- Collaborate closely with SMEs/Product Owners to define and refine the roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements that maximize business value.
- Continuously align the delivery of Power Apps applications with the business strategy and objectives set.
- Ensure that the applications provide an exceptional user experience.
- Coordinate and plan releases, ensuring that each release adds significant value to users and the business.
- Work directly with the business to prioritise the best value driven outcomes.
- Build trust and confidence with the business through the predictability and quality of the delivery.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks/impediments that might impact the success of the delivery.
What you’ll bring
- A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
- Demonstrated expertise in delivering applications using Power Apps or other low-code platforms.
- Knowledge in Agile Scaling Frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, DAD, etc.).
- More than 5 years of experience leading Agile program delivery within the software development and/or application management environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of relevant systems/ software development lifecycles.
- Proficient in principles, methods, techniques, and tools for effectively managing a program of projects and related activities through to the successful achievement of planned business benefits.
- Understand methods and techniques for structured reviews, including reviews of technical diagrams, test plans, business cases, and any other key deliverables.
- Bring strong empathetic leadership skills to build and encourage self-directed high performing teams.
