About the role

We are looking for a Manager, Fixed Plant to join our Pannawonica leadership team and lead our plant operations teams to success.

As an experienced asset management and/or processing leader, this is a great opportunity to lead large multi-disciplined plant operations and maintenance teams. Reporting to the General Manager, Pannawonica and working in a challenging and exciting environment, you will be:

  • Accountable for delivery of ore product that meets the product quality specification through consistent and reliable plant performance

  • Identifying opportunities to optimise and rationalise plant assets

  • Defining the strategies for the renewal or disposal of plant assets

  • Deploying and developing plant operations and maintenance teams and individuals

  • Ensuring core plant operations and asset management processes and practices are being applied

  • Assessing and managing risks over asset lifecycle

  • Reviewing and auditing compliance

  • Reporting incidents as appropriate

In addition to the above, you'll build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across our operational teams and functional support teams while externally, you'll work with our original equipment manufacturers.
