South32’s corporate office is based in the heart of Perth’s CBD. The corporate office houses key functions including HR, Legal and External Affairs, Finance, Corporate Development, Investor Relations, Group Risk, and Technical. Our office is conveniently located a 5-minute walk from the Perth Underground Train Station.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Opportunity – Permanent Full-Time Position: This role will preferably be based at our head office in Perth, however, other locations may be considered for the ideal candidate. We understand and value the benefits flexibility brings and operate a hybrid work model (in the office and from home)
The role of the Manager of HR Systems, Reporting & Analytics is to manage and mature HR systems, reporting, and analytics to support the delivery of our business plan and mandate (services). This will enable data-driven insights that inform people's decisions, processes, and strategies.
Reporting to the Group Manager HR Strategy, Performance & Culture, key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Partner with the ERP team to manage HR Information Systems (functional design and end-user experience)
- Drive and facilitate the execution of technology initiatives and the optimization of current technology and applications
- Lead core governance routines for the HR function including the HR Governance Forum
- Lead and drive the readiness for SAP S/4HANA Horizon 2
ABOUT YOU
- Demonstrated experience and capability in leading large-scale business change or technology transformation
- Working with ambiguity and navigating complex problems in large global organizations
- Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex issues at all levels
Qualifications for this position are:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT or a related field
