We are looking for a motivated Manager Lean Portfolio to work within the Office of the CIO (oCIO) – Value Realisation Office (VRO). Reporting to the Senior Manager, Value Realisation Office, and working in a collaborative and inclusive community, within our global Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) team, you will be:

• Manage and oversee the establishment, delivery and improvement of the frameworks, practices and ways of working required to support IS&Ts journey toward providing customer centric, value driven business outcomes
• Oversee the provision of portfolio data, reports, insights and recommendations to support the optimisation of value delivery
• Provide guidance, coaching and assurance over key events, ceremonies and processes to ensure a greater focus on value
• Help ensure the right people are enabled to make the right decisions at the right time
• Lead a team of experts and also serve as a Product Owner leading a cross functional team to deliver on the above, in a caring, respectful, curious and authentic way

• Experience in developing and managing governance frameworks for both waterfall and agile environments at Portfolio and Programme levels
• Experience with Scaled Agile practices
• Understanding of CMMI or similar capability or process frameworks
