About the role:
As Manager – Leave Harmonisation, you’ll oversee the planning, design, and implementation of a complex change project, ensuring seamless integration across HR, Reward, IS&T, and business teams. You’ll manage project governance, stakeholder engagement, risk, and delivery timelines, while leading a dedicated team through every phase—from requirements gathering and testing to go-live and post-implementation support.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the delivery of the leave harmonisation project for ESPS, ensuring alignment with business goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to drive successful outcomes
Manage project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications
Oversee testing, training, and change management activities
Ensure project costs and resources are tracked and reported accurately
What you’ll bring:
Expertise in end-to-end Time and Pay processes and systems (SAP payroll experience highly regarded)
Proven track record in leading large-scale projects and complex change management
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
