Manager - Maintenance

Reflecting that commitment, we are seeking an experienced maintenance leader to join our maintenance team as the site Maintenance Manager based at Telfer.

Reporting to the General manager this role will lead and drive delivery of safe, efficient and cost-effective maintenance of the Telfer surface crushing system and processing plant and provide sitewide engineering and maintenance planning services. As a member of the site leadership team, you will drive behaviours, standards and frameworks that align with our culture and values. Important to the role, is your technical and operational experience in guiding the underground team to deliver on the mine plan and to drive continuous improvement. Your ability to deliver through people is vital.

As an ideal candidate, you will have a qualification in a related discipline with highly demonstrated operational maintenance experience within a similar environment. You will have an ability to work with multiple stakeholders across a wide range of disciplines and have a high level of energy and commitment. You will be a pragmatic leader with excellent communication skills so as to be able to relate with impact to our senior stakeholders.
