About the role
 

• Help shape and execute our cutting-edge maintenance strategy.
• Manage the company's site workshop. 
• Deliver top-notch technical support to Operations Managers and project teams for all things Maintenance.
• Dive deep into market, competitor, and industry insights to drive mobile plant and maintenance excellence. 
• Set impactful KPIs for your team, aligned with our Mining Business Strategy, and ensure they resonate throughout the function.

About you
 

• Minimum 5 years’ experience at Management level in a maintenance or engineering role in the mining or heavy engineering industry.
• 8 – 10 years’ experience in plant operation.
• Trade Certificate/Engineering qualification.
• Deep knowledge upon practical application of mechanical/electrical/heavy mobile equipment’s & safety legal requirements.
• Demonstrated broad knowledge of maintenance principles and techniques relevant to mineral processing and open pit mining equipment.
• Successful involvement with maintenance contact management with an operator in the mining or heavy engineering industries.
• Driver’s License (manual).
