About the role
As Manager Planning & Engineering, you will lead a team of subject matter experts to support the delivery of world-class asset reliability and productivity outcomes across our Port operations. This role is pivotal in guiding and executing strategies that optimise asset performance, reliability, and lifecycle value. You will oversee our planning and scheduling, maintenance engineering, electrical and controls systems and project delivery teams at Ports, supported by our central Asset Management function.
You will drive continuous improvement, implement best practices, and promote collaboration among stakeholders. Leveraging your technical skills and leadership, you’ll ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable operations to support long term business success.
As a senior leader at the ports, you will be pivotal in maintaining a safe and respectful working environment where team members thrive.

Where you will be working
Our port facilities consist of four shipping terminals located on the Pilbara coast at Dampier and Cape Lambert which form an essential part of our logistics process. Each terminal has facilities for train unloading iron ore stockpiling, product blending and ship loading.
