The Opportunity – 12 months, Fixed Term Position
Reporting to the VP Human Resources, we welcome applications for Manager Systems, Process & Governance to lead the global design and embedment of HR Ways of Working and Functional performance.
This will be delivered across four key business drivers with core accountabilities including:
Business Planning
- Drive and facilitate the formulation of HR’s FY Business Plan, horizon plan and roadmap
- Partner with HR Leadership Team to continually monitor, improve and manage performance to plan
- Maintain strong operating practices and frameworks to ensure value delivery and project / change management discipline (including HR Governance Forum, Advisory Committee)
Reporting and Analytics
- Lead the design of key metrics and performance reporting to help drive people reporting processes across the Organisation
- Promote operating discipline and routine cadences related to the operational use of people master data
- Provision of people master data as a key input in to Lead Team and external statutory reporting commitments
HR Information Systems (Success Factors and SAP)
- Partners with ERP team to manage our HR Information Systems (functional design and end user experience
- Partner with HR COE’s to drive synchronised functional design and process within system capacity
- Advises Human Resources function on annual cyclical systems activities, including Performance and Goals and Compensation Management processes.
Risk Management and Operating System
- Facilitate and influence risk management for the HR function to ensure risks are managed in accordance with South32 standard
- Liaise with Risk and Assurance team in representation of the HR Function and track progress on audit deliverables
- Design and embed HR governance framework and cadences to deliver sustainable positive control environment
- Conducts regular HR OS health checks to ensure best practice is maintained
- Identifies and delivers global HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
About You
You will be required to have the following.
- Strong business partnership and influencing
- Demonstrated previous experience with SAP and Success Factors
- Continuous improvement mindset, and strong problem-solving ability
- Previous global or multi-jurisdictional remit, with experiences in risk and assurance practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related qualification
