We are looking for a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead the delivery of recruitment services and collaborate with the Iron Ore business to deliver exceptional talent solutions.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition within People Experience you will:

  • Oversee the delivery of recruitment and talent advisory services that embody industry best practices and foster diverse talent pipelines, advancing Rio Tinto's commitment to equity, inclusion, and diversity
  • Lead, inspire and develop a diverse and dynamic talent acquisition team
  • Partner with the Iron Ore People leadership team to align business strategies and objectives with cost-effective recruitment delivery and talent sourcing strategies
  • Collaborate with the broader People Function and Areas of Expertise to exchange information and resources
  • Provide training and guidance on optimizing recruitment tools and process
  • Leverage data-driven insights and best practices to shape effective recruitment strategies
  • Ensure consistent application of Rio Tinto's recruitment policies and processes
  • Identify and recommend improvements in recruitment, talent and sourcing processes
  • Lead special projects and initiatives to enhance recruitment efforts
  • Ensure recruitment activities meet business needs and proactively address any concerns
