Material Logistics Administrator

Job Responsibilities

Join the Telfer Gold Mine Maintenance team as MLO Administrator and be responsible in supporting the department managers  with, procurement, logistics and data entry,  while maintaining a healthy & safe working environment. 

Location: The Telfer Gold Mine is located in the Great Sandy Desert in the East Pilbara region of Western Australia and produces copper and gold. Site facilities include a gymnasium, swimming pool and recreational areas.

8:6 ALL DAYS roster
Salary dependant on experience
Immediate start 

Key Duties/responsibilities include:
•    Raise work orders and requisitions in SAP
•    Support efficient & timely parts supply to site
•    Administrative support to maintenance team in event of breakdown & unplanned maintenance to reduce downtime
•    Administrative support for supervisors & maintenance planner
•    Process (Job Planning Forms) JPF’s creating Work Orders in SAP.
•    Entry/Completion of work orders & prestart faults in SAP
•    Formulation of Planned Work “Job Packs” into folders
•    Completion of oil samples ensuring information is correct 
•    Ensure shift log is in line with uptime/downtime and data base related to breakdown in work orders

About you
•    2 years or more experience in a similar role 
•    Demonstrate experience with various CMM systems
•    Knowledge of Maintenance KPI’s and reporting
•    SAP Experiance highly desirable 
•    C class MANUAL Drivers Licence is Mandatory
