Our Opportunity

Join Fortescue’s team at Solomon, helping keep the wet plant operating safely and efficiently. You’ll maintain critical fixed plant assets, with a focus on pumps, and work alongside a collaborative crew committed to reliable performance.

Location: Solomon, on the traditional lands of the Eastern Guruma and Yindjibarndi peoples

Roster: 7D7N14R, FIFO from Perth or Busselton

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain fixed plant assets to support safe, reliable operations and meet production needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment performance and process efficiency.
• Work with pumps and other wet plant equipment to support plant availability.
• Follow established procedures and uphold Fortescue’s Zero Harm principles.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and working together to achieve shared goals.
• Demonstrate behaviours that reflect Fortescue’s values.

Qualifications and Experience

• Australian-recognised trade certificate.
• Experience in a fixed plant processing environment, ideally wet plant.
• Familiarity working with pumps.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
