Shutdown Mechanical Planner – Fixed Plant

Work Location: Hedland Operations

Fortescue’s Hedland Operations are located on the traditional lands of the Kariyarra people.

Roster: 4D/3R residential Port Hedland  

 Role overview:

This is a residential position. The successful candidate will reside in Port Hedland or DIDO. Develop and execute maintenance of SAP Master data and integrated maintenance plans and schedules for the process plant and associated infrastructure.

Housing and relocation offered.

 Key responsibilities include:

• Building, execution, and maintenance of SAP Master Data for Maintenance
• Adherence to key work management KPI’s
• Adherence to HSES standards and procedures
• Ensure compliance to the FMG standards and statutory obligations and embedding in SAP

Qualification and Experience:

• Mechanical Fitter trade qualification essential
• Current or previous  experience as a mechanical maintenance planner in fixed plant
• Demonstrated competency in use of SAP
• Demonstrated ability in the MS office suite of programs, specifically MS project & Excel
• Ability to work in a team to achieve common goals with a strong attention to detail
