Who we’re looking for
We are looking for a safety focused UG Boilermaker to assist in maintaining Cadia East Development and Production Fleets. This busy yet rewarding opportunity will see you work on a wide variety of OEM equipment not limited to CAT, Epiroc, Sandvik, Elphinstone, Normet and Volvo.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Use your understanding of work management practices to actively participate in work generation and execution, making a direct impact on our fleet's efficiency and performance.
- Embrace the challenge of managing Cadia’s Mobile Fleet by leveraging your strong grasp of maintenance processes and procedures. Your expertise will play a key role in ensuring our fleet's optimal performance.
- Your dedication to delivering high-quality maintenance will be crucial in ensuring that all equipment is not only safe but also consistently reliable.
- In our collaborative environment, you'll work closely with fleet maintenance supervisors and colleagues. Together, you'll achieve clear task direction and effectively tackle any deviations from the plan, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- At our organization, we embrace innovation, and you'll have the opportunity to work with modern maintenance techniques and computerized maintenance management systems.
You will have:
- Trade Qualification (Boilermaker)
- Demonstrated ability and knowledge to work safely and follow procedures
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
Please note: This is a full time permanent role, based at our Cadia operation in NSW. You will be required to work a 7 days on/7 off/7 nights on/7 off roster (12-hours per day, Thursday – Wednesday). This is a residential role only.
