About the role
Reporting to the Processing Superintendent, you will oversee the running of the entire processing plant and ensure all equipment is being monitored
to improve the quality, efficiency, and safety of the processing plant and all those working within.
You will oversee and perform sectional checks and carry out general duties, hazard identifications and Visual Safety Leadership Interactions.
About You
Jaguar Operations is an established underground zinc, copper, gold and silver mining operation located 65km north of Leonora in the Eastern Goldfields region of Western Australia. It was acquired by Aeris Resources in July 2022. The Jaguar Operations tenement package spans a 410km2 area and hosts multiple favourable stratigraphic horizons along a 50km corridor.
Operations include an underground mine at the Bentley deposit utilising open stoping methods and a 600ktpa processing plant producing copper and zinc concentrates with precious metals by-products. Concentrates are trucked to the Geraldton for export to customers internationally.

About You
- Ability to run/deliver Pre – start / handover: discuss equipment issues and priorities.
- Supervise and perform monitoring of the process plant and record all relevant data on the shift log sheets with up to date information.
- Delivery of end of shift production report.
- Carry out and document daily inspections and changes of the plant tailings storage facility.
- FIFO from Perth or DIDO from Kalgoorlie
- 8/6 7/7 roster
- Competitive salary packages which include five weeks annual leave and short-term incentive bonuses paid quarterly.
