Job Responsibilities

Macmahon is looking for an experienced MineStar Builder for the Tropicana team. This role involves real-time system and data management, focusing on shift performance and MineStar model health. It includes supporting the main shift controller and occasionally filling in for the Dispatch Superintendent. Leadership, forward thinking, and good planning are essential.

About you

• Knowledge of mine workplace safety requirements and procedures.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Fleet Management systems such as MineStar or similar.
• More than 5 years’ experience in heavy equipment operations (leading hand or supervisory roles advantageous).
• Knowledge of pit operations. 
• Understanding of heavy haulage operations.
• Knowledge of basic computing systems and programs is essential. 
• Troubleshooting skills.
• The ability to present information and reports clearly and professionally.
