Reporting to the Technical Services Superintendent, an exciting opportunity exists for a Mining Engineer to join our Ravensworth Operation.

The Role and Key Responsibilities:

This role is primarily responsible for;

• Supporting the short-term planning process at our truck/shovel operation. 
• Assisting with the coordination of, planning, design and compliance of mining activities in accordance with the safety health management system.
• About you:
• As the successful Mining Engineer you will have;
• Minimum 5 years mining experience in a similar role
• Tertiary Qualifications (mining, civil or survey)
• Experience in the use of Vulcan, Deswik, Leica FMS and MinVu systems

Your strengths will include a pro-active attitude to safety, strong problem solving skills, an ability to work within a focused team and solid communication skills.

This role is Ideally suited to an individual with suitable technical skills and practical mining knowledge who is seeking development and career progression opportunities.
