- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the Fleet Strategy
- Lead best practice maintenance execution of the fleet
- Coach and mentor, the Long-Term Planning and Mobile Maintenance Supervisor team
- Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders
- Ensure planning practices are in line with business drivers and expectations
- Working with mine planning to ensure equipment allocation is optimised and maintained in accordance with WOL plans
- Extensive experience in Senior Mobile Maintenance/Planning Management/Leadership
- Proven capability in developing strong working relationships with internal and external
- stakeholders
- Tertiary qualification in Maintenance/Reliability Management, Engineering or Business is
- highly regarded
- Highly capable in budget development and management
- Strong working knowledge of SAP and high proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
