The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and results driven Mobile Maintenance Supervisor to work as part of the Maintenance team at Tritton Copper Operations.
Reporting to the Mobile Maintenance Superintendent you will manage a team of tradespeople to deliver a robust reactive and planned maintenance program to an ever-expanding fleet of mobile equipment.
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Oversee maintenance team tasked with maximising availability of surface and underground mobile equipment within budgeted costs and availabilities
- Promote compliance with mechanical/safety standards and guidelines
- Work with all departments to maximize equipment utilisation
- Motivate, lead and mentor the Maintenance team
About You
- Trade qualifications working in a mining environment or relevant degree with practicable experience
- Previous experience in underground operations essential
- Preparation of budgets and implementation of reliability initiatives
- Ability to implement indicators to monitor team performance and affect positive change
- Be self-motivated, team orientated with excellent people skills
- Demonstrated application of safe working procedures and systems
- Proven experience in a supervisory role
- Hold a Current Manual Drivers Licence

The Operation
Tritton Copper Operations employs more than 400 people and is located in Hermidale, in Central New South Wales. Tritton has two underground copper mines (Tritton and Murrawombie) and is forecast to produce 20,000 tonnes copper metal in FY2022.
Tritton is a key employer within the region and a proud supporter of the community. We are a residential mine that allows you to be home each night to Nyngan. Accommodation support is provided as well as company transport to the operation.
