| We are currently seeking suitably experienced Dump Truck Operators, All Round Operations and Excavator Operators that would like to be part of our Roving Squad.

As a member of the Macmahon Surface West Roving Squad, you will be part of a dedicated team that is deployed at short notice to bolster operational capability at any of our Surface operations in Western Australia. What an opportunity to gain exposure to several mine sites whilst working for the one employer!

What do you need?
• Previous experience in a similar operating role in an open-cut mining environment
• Demonstrated experience operating the following range of plant equipment:
o Dump Truck Operators - 2+ years operating CAT 793 (or 777 or 785)
o Excavator Operators - CAT 6060 or 6040 Excavators - hard rock digging experience is crucial along with open cut production
o All Round Operators - D10 or D11 Dozer is mandatory for our Allrounders, plus Dump trucks as above plus CAT 14M, 16M or 18M Graders or CAT 992, 993, 994 or Komatsu WA 900 or 1200 Loaders - with open cut production experience
• Ability to work independently as well as a part of the team
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated commitment to Macmahon culture and values; and
• Current C Class manual Drivers Licence
