About the Role


We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Mobilisation & Business Support Administrator to join our New Zealand business.  This diverse role supports workforce mobilisation, travel coordination, procurement, and general business operations, contributing to Macmahon’s growth.

Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, the successful candidate will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to delivering high-quality administrative support.


Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate employee mobilisation, including onboarding, inductions, training, medicals, and site access requirements.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation bookings for employees, contractors, and visitors.
  • Maintain accurate employee and mobilisation records.
  • Support procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and supplier communications.
  • Provide administrative support, including document preparation, reporting, and scheduling.
  • Assist with meetings, events, and stakeholder communications.


What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in administration, mobilisation, travel coordination, or business support.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in records, documentation, and compliance processes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams) and quick to learn new systems.


Role Details

  • Location: New Zealand, Christchurch
  • Roster: Monday to Friday, office based
