The successful candidate will have at least two years experience working within a Mobilisation capacity preferably in the mining sector and will be skilled at engaging with both clients and candidates to ensure site clearance is obtained in a timely manner.

About The Role:

• Coordinate onboarding & inductions for new employees
• Ensuring compliance of site access for new employees
• Maintain induction records and following up with workers to ensure compliance
• Coordinate pre employment medical bookings and HSE approval
• Mobilisation to relevant sites in a timely manner
• ensuring all relevant stake holders are updated with candidate progress and commencement dates
• Raising and Receipting POs
• Ordering and tracking PPE

About the candidate:

• 2 years experience in a Mobilisation role within the mining & resources industry
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, powerpoint)
• Effective organisational and influencing skills
• Good time management skills, ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment
• Be a self-starter with a high level of initiative and drive
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to keep and maintain accurate records
• Ability to work autonomously with exceptional communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with Electronic Learning & Training Management Systems (Rapid, Pegasus, Workmetrics and Myosh Viking) highly desirable
