Mobilisation Coordinator - Rutherford
Emeco is seeking a Mobilisation Coordinator to join our growing team supporting the various site operations throughout New South Wales, we are offering this Permanent opportunity located in our modern Rutherford NSW office.
About The Role:
- Develop effective working relationships, through consultation and engagement with our regional maintenance team
- Coordinate inductions for current and new employees
- Maintain induction records
- Manage the Onboarding Process for NSW Coal Mine Personnel – Order 43
- Coordinate preemployment medical bookings and HSE approval
- Monitor and upload expiring documents / competencies
- Upload New Users to Myosh and Transfer all Onboarding Data
- Upload Training Records into Myosh
- Experience with Electronic Learning & Training Management Systems (Rapid, Pegasus, Workmetrics and Myosh Viking) highly desirable
About the candidate:
- Experience in a similar role
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, powerpoint
- Effective organisational and influencing skills
- Good time management skills, ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment
- Be a self-starter with energy, drive.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to keep and maintain accurate records
- Ability to work autonomously with exceptional communication and teamwork skills
