Mobilisation Coordinator
Pit N Portal are currently seeking an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator to join the recruitment team. Based at our Maddington office, this role will report to People and Resource Manager.

Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitate all areas of mobilisation activities for candidates onboarding; organise pre-employment medicals, site requirements, internal and site clearances
- Manage and maintain mobilisation tracking sheets and internal recruitment database
- Build and maintain strong and positive relationships with team, including key stakeholders
- Liaise with external suppliers e.g. medical providers, travel agencies and subcontractors
- Provide effective updates and communication to recruitment advisors and site personnel
Required skills / experience & attributes:
- Recent experience in a Mobilisation or Recruitment Admin role, preferably within mining
- Strong computer literacy and at least intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Experience using Pronto would be highly advantageous
- Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- A National Police Clearance within 12 months of issue date
- Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screen
- Working Rights within Australia
