This role part of our growing HR team based at our modern Osborne Park office.

About The Role:

• Lead the onboarding and inductions for new team members.
• Ensure compliance for site access of new employees.
• Maintain meticulous induction records and follow up with workers for compliance.
• Coordinate pre-employment medical bookings.
• Keep all relevant stakeholders updated on candidate progress and commencement dates.
• Manage the raising and receipting of purchase orders and ordering of PPE.

About the Ideal Candidate:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Mobilisation role within the mining and resources industry.
• Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Suite and HRIS systems.
• Strong organizational and influencing skills.
• Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Be a proactive self-starter with a high level of initiative and motivation.
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to maintain precise records.
• Competent in working autonomously with exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
