What your day to day looks like:

• Management of all subcontractor requests from Sites Subbie Request Forms
• Reviewing our labour pool and selecting appropriate candidates that align with the request
• Scheduling and mobilising various subcontractors to sites
• Coordinate inductions for current and new subcontractors – via HSET teams
• Ensuring compliance of site access for new and existing subcontractors with Site Admins where available.
• Maintain induction records and following up with workers to ensure compliance
• Overall manage of active subcontractor list
• Monitor and upload expiring documents and competencies into relevant system, via HSET team
• Raising requisitions and subsequent receipting of purchase order.
• Develop effective working relationships, through consultation and engagement with our regional maintenance team.
• Ensuring matching of timesheets in accordance with PO’s and Rates and relevant receipting.
• Support the Rental Administration function as required.

What the ideal candidate has:

• Significant experience within a fast-paced administration role
• Previous experience in a mobilisation and onboarding role within the resources sector.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
• Strong communication and people skills, you are comfortable integrating into a diverse team and building strong relationships with your workmates
• Self-motivated, high-energy, and consistently try your best at delivering quality outcomes
