What your day to day looks like:

  • Managing the end-to-end onboarding process of all new employees across Emeco, Force and WA Field Services.
  • Booking flights and accommodation and mobilisation of all direct and indirect employees to client sites.
  • Working closely with management and site admins throughout the onboarding process to provide support and guidance as required
  • Rostering – liaising directly with site managers and site admins
  • Booking medicals and managing medical invoices for new employees
  • Ordering PPE for all new employees and existing employees
  • Creating profiles for all new employees in our training portal (rapid) and issuing inductions
  • Maintain induction records and following up with workers to ensure compliance
  • Monitor and upload expiring documents and competencies into relevant systems
  • Raising requisitions and subsequent receipting of purchase orders as required.
  • Develop effective working relationships, through consultation and engagement with our regional maintenance team.
  • Support the rental site administration function as required.

What we'll need from you:

  • Significant experience within a fast-paced administration role
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a mobilisation and onboarding role within the resources sector (mandatory) 
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Previous INX + process experience (advantageous)
  • Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
  • Strong communication and people skills, you are comfortable integrating into a diverse team and building strong relationships with your workmates
  • Self-motivated, high-energy, and consistently try your best at delivering quality outcomes
  • Current Australian Drivers Licence
