About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to be an active team member, providing support to the Kambalda Projects team.

You will be responsible for providing mobilisation, logistics and administrative support to the department whilst being exposed to variety and all aspects of site projects.

This role offers an exceptional development opportunity for those keen to bring their background and skillset into Projects.

This position with based in Kambalda on a residential 5:2 or FIFO 5:2:4:3 basis.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Support and coordinate mobilisation of department visitors and contractors
  • Support and coordinate the project logistics for the Delivery Leads and Specialists
  • Liaise with and maintain good relations with other administrators and departments across site
  • Entering purchase requisitions and reservations in SAP as required
  • Organise travel arrangements for the department.
  • Coordinating the ordering of PPE, Clothing Orders and office supplies and the associated purchase requisitions
  • Administration and the ongoing update and maintenance of project information in the Planview system
  • Coordinating and assisting in the Collation of Reports (both internal and external)
  • Making recommendations for continuous improvement

About You

  • Experience in administration or aligned roles
  • Strong focus on exceptional customer service and delivery
  • A desire to develop your career with a focus on development and ongoing learning
  • A strong work ethic with high motivation to learn and develop new skills.
  • Strong computer literacy and knowledge with MS Word and MS Excel 
  • Experience responding to internal and external stakeholder inquiries in a courteous manner
  • Ability to communicate across multiple levels and disciplines
