We currently seeking applications for our Nipper position at our Jaguar Operations working 14:7 roster FIFO from Perth.The Role
We are currently seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Underground Nippers at our Jaguar Operations on a 14:7 roster.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Jaguar Operations employs more than 250 people and is located 60km north of Leonora and 250km north of Kalgoorlie. Our workforce is predominantly a FIFO workforce from Perth to our camp facilities 10 minutes from site with fully equipped gym, recreational and social activities organised as well as Foxtel and Wi-Fi in camp for use.
Jaguar Operations is an established underground zinc, copper, and silver mine located 65 km north of Leonora in the Eastern Goldfields region of Western Australia. It is a high-quality asset in an established mining jurisdiction that produces two separate concentrate streams: a copper concentrate and a zinc concentrate. The operation includes a 600ktpa processing plant, as well as surface and underground infrastructure, and has been in production for more than 10 years.
The Bentley mine is the current focus of operations. Jaguar Operations has a current mine life of four years, although recent successful exploration campaigns are expected to lead to significant mine life extensions.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Transporting equipment and personnel
- Providing general assistance to all underground mining areas
- Operate equipment to Best Practice to minimize damage on equipment
- General housekeeping and the ability to assess potential hazards and making the necessary changes to rectify them whilst following company procedures at all times
- Current & Valid Manual Australian Drivers Licence
- Ability to pass a PEM & DAS
- Suitable National Police Clearance
- Reliability and good work ethic
- Strong understanding of Occupational Health and Safety Requirements
