Nipper

Join the Macmahon team on the Boston Shaker Underground Project as a Nipper to work closely with the underground operators, efficiently assisting with achieving daily targets in a timely manner.

About the role
FIFO from Perth
2:2 day/night roster
$39.34 - $43.26 per hour (dependant on experience)
7% market uplift allowance - paid quarterly

About you
•    Ability to cope with working in a physically challenging environment 
•    Minimisation of jumbo down time through regular servicing and minor preventative maintenance
•    Assists with face preparation for drilling
•    Assist jumbo operator with the drilling and installation of rocks, bolts and mesh
•    Collect, deliver and assist instillation and ground support consumables
•    Conduct minor preventative and remedial maintenance
•    Install lifter tube to lifters
•    Record all shift report data correctly and on time 
•    Current and valid C Class manual Drivers Licence
