Maintenance Planner - Cloudbreak NPI

Work Location: Perth based with Ad hoc site travel

• Fortescue’s Perth office is located on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk people.

Roster: Monday to Friday

Role overview:

The NPI team currently have a vacancy for a Maintenance Planner, responsible for planning the weekly maintenance tasks for the Cloudbreak maintenance team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Championing a 2 weekly planning cycle and monitoring performance of execution teams
• Planning and scheduling executable work packages for the site maintenance team.
• Ensure that NPI meet all Statutory requirements within the Village and Mine site.
• Assist with the implementation of maintenance strategies. Support the development of OPEX and CAPEX budgets to support Infrastructure Services operational delivery strategy.

Qualification and Experience: 

• SAP PM experience and the ability to support the development of SAP Master data and maintenance tactics
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including both written and verbal communication skills. Having the demonstrated ability to liaise and interact with individuals and groups of varying levels of authority.
• High level of organisational skills and an ability to meet deadlines whilst managing multiple functions simultaneously.
• Ability to create a quality 2-week Forward Plan (capacity Planning).
• Understanding of classified Plant and registration processes
• Demonstrated ability to use initiative, be self-directed and work under minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated computer literacy with all MS Office suite of programs.
