Work Location: Fortescue Centre; Fortescue’s Perth office is located on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk people.

Role overview:
We are currently looking for Office Coordinators to join our Fortescue Office Management team on a 9 month fixed term contract to provide professional and exceptional levels of customer service to Fortescue staff and contractors. Reporting to the Project Engagement Manager, you will assist the Project Manager with all aspects of project coordination, administrative scheduling and planning of projects and assistance in office and facility set up

- Maintain stakeholder relationships and communication with teams on current projects
- Office logistics and the prioritisation of key tasks
- Ability to work positively and effectively in a team
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Education and Experience: (max 6 bullet points)
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Intermediate Microsoft Office
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability and willingness to provide support to team members
