Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Officer in our dynamic finance team! 

About the role
Monday to Friday based at the WAC Head Office, reporting to the Accounts Supervisor. In your role as Officer - Accounts Payable, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 

  • Processing invoices
  • Support the team with high volume data entry
  • Help maintain accurate records
  • Communicate with suppliers to resolve basic queries
  • Learn and grow under the guidance of experienced team

About you

  • Demonstrated experience in accounts payable and reconciliation experience in a fast-paced industry. 
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Highly developed communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • High attention to detail.
