About the Role
Reporting to the Supervisor Operations Community Infrastructure, in this diverse role you will perform a range of property management activities that will support our Housing function, with a focus on allocation of permanent and temporary company housing. This is a key role with a strong customer service focus enabling the Community Infrastructure team to meet their commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
This role is based in Newman and can be either residential or fly in fly out.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety

- Maintain and action general and maintenance queries from a shared inbox
- Prepare properties for occupancy
- Complete Property Condition Report
- Schedule cleaning and gardening
- Prepare lease packs
- Routine inspections at occupied properties
- Complete Inspections
- Raise maintenance notifications
- Property Close out
- Complete Final Inspections and Invoicing
- Manage transit accommodation schedule
- Check ins & outs
- Prepare property for short term stay
- Maintain weekly cleaning schedule
About You
As the successful candidate, you will possess the following:
- C Class drivers licence
- Demonstrated commitment to Safety
- Excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional computer literacy
- High level attention to detail and record keeping
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team office environment
