About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Reviewing and updating training documents ensuring that training materials are accurate and current, and assisting production crews with training assessment submissions and organization of training.
- Assisting production crews with training assessment submissions and organization of training.
- Reviewing and updating Port Production Documents in Documentum/ workflow ensuring that all production documents are accurate and up-to-date, and ensuring they reflect changes in processes and procedures.
- Supporting and backfilling other roles as required within the department including Production Supervisor and Production Co-Ordinator. Providing guidance and assistance to team members and owning and participating in Projects and improvements for the Port Production Department.
- Providing guidance and assistance to team members and owning and participating in Projects and improvements for the Port Production Departmentalising with Port Engineering and Maintenance departments to assist with rectifying issues identified with equipment and systems.

Working a day shift lifestyle roster, however, will need to be flexible to cover day/night shift lifestyle roster when filling in for other roles within the department.

About You
The following attributes will be highly regarded:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential,
- Strong computer skills
- Exposure to and understanding of BMA’s systems and processes including Tempo and Documentum is highly desirable.
