We currently have a vacancy for an Officer – HSEC Support within our Health, Safety, Environment & Community (HSEC) Department. This position will be offered on the lifestyle roster of 5/2/4/3, reporting to the Manager – Health, Safety, Environment & Community. This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator motivated to grow their experience by expanding their responsibilities and contribute to delivering strong health safety, environment and community management.

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to the Manager – HSEC and in a limited capacity the broader HSEC team, including but not limited to management of Manager emails and calendar, travel and catering bookings, purchase orders and invoicing, and distribution of internal communications.
Support the maintenance of key HSEC functions including but not limited to:
- Management of regulatory communications records
- Support risk management processes including risk register data entry, facilitate critical control verification schedules and signoff and upload of risk assessments and critical control verifications records to records database (BSafe)
- Data entry and formatting of risk assessment and incident investigations
- Maintenance of PPE registers
- Maintaining current community relations contact lists and stakeholder database(s)
- Facilitate maintenance planning function for HSEC assets
About you:
- 3 years + experience in office administration and support function
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team to reliably deliver consistent high-quality results
- Well developed verbal and written communication, including intermediate proficiency in MS
- Experience in health, safety, environmental or community functions is highly desirable
- Use of SAP or equivalent procurement and planning application is highly desirable (training will be provided)
