We are looking for an Officer Maintenance Support to support the technical, compliance and process coordinating activities of the Supervisor and/or Superintendent in Fixed Plant.

Reporting to the Superintendent Maintenance working within the maintenance team you will:
Participate in planning and scheduling meetings
Assist maintenance team in general application of efficient maintenance planning methodologies
Analyse parts requirements for planned work
Provide timely notification to maintenance Planners and Schedulers of any parts supply issues which may impact planned or scheduled work
Ensure timely consolidation of parts and materials through the coordination with Planners, Schedulers, Warehouse Officers, freight providers and other external vendors
Coordinate the return of stock to the warehouse in accordance with the RTIV process for the credit, vendor credit or disposal
Provide front-line procurement and logistics support to the maintenance planning, scheduling, and coordination functions with excellent and proactive customer service
Ensure all audit requirements are met and are in line with company policy and procedure requirement
What you’ll bring

Warehousing experience is beneficial
