The purpose of the OHS Administrator role is to provide administrative support to the OHS&T team.
Vault Minerals Limited is a leading intermediate gold producer listed on the ASX, with a diversified portfolio of operating assets across Western Australia and Canada. Formerly known as Red 5 Limited, the company rebranded to Vault Minerals in September 2024 to reflect its scale, strength, and growth ambitions.
The Mount Monger Operation (MMO) is an expansive tenement package located 50km southeast of Kalgoorlie. Spanning multiple gold mineralisation styles, this dynamic operation currently includes the Daisy Milano Underground Mine, the Santa, French Kiss and Flora Dora Open pit mines and the Randalls Gold Processing Facility.
Reporting to the OHS Superintendentthe OHS Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the OHS&T team at MMO

Key responsibilities of this role will include:
- Assist and monitor the site entry requirements.
- Site HSET Document Controller.
- System Administrator for INX InTuition and +LMS.
- Pronto EOM Purchase orders and receipting.
- Assist with data entry for OHS Compliance Register
- Custodian of Change Management Register / Projects.
About You:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- OHS & Training Data Management systems use
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite
- WA Driver’s License (manual C Class)
