The purpose of this role is to execute operations activities according to the Operations Plan and operate the physical assets, Fixed plant and equipment as defined by the Operation’s standards and operating procedures.This role is offered on a full time basis. Relocation assistance can be provided for the successful candidate.

Location

Accountabilities 

Primary responsibilities are to:

• Control and Monitor BBM Fixed Plant (Crushing and Conveying) - Execute the production activities according to the Schedule and only where competent to do so.
• Work with physical assets, plant and equipment as defined by the Operation’s standards and operating procedures.
• Adhere to defined standard procedures and apply safe work practices.
• Assist to develop and enhance work practices and procedures.
• Understand the purpose and functionality of critical controls relevant to work tasks of the Production Execution sub-function and work to the prescribed performance standards and controls

About You  

• Have a sound working knowledge of Fixed Plant and control systems
• Understand Team membership/leadership principles - Understand the concept of continuous improvement
• Hold a current “C” class license - Complete the HSEC, Generic and Specific Competency Profile associated with this position.
• Have been awarded all Primary, Secondary knowledge Qualifications where applicable.
• Hold or have the capability to obtain the Cert III Process Plant Operations or equivalent.
• Meets defined behavioural expectations.
