Operator, Trainee - Dump Truck

Due to the company's continuous growth, we seek expressions of interest from motivated individuals keen to jump-start their career within the mining industry as a Trainee Dump Truck Operator. You will work on a 2-week on, 1-week off roster (both day/night shifts required) and fly in and out of Perth. 

As a registered training organisation, Macmahon will not only provide you with structured, on-the-job training, but you will also complete a Certificate III in Surface Extraction Operation. This is a nationally recognised qualification as a part of the traineeship. 

You do not require any previous experience to be considered, but you will need to demonstrate the following: 
• Unrestricted C Class Driver's Licence
• Can do attitude and willingness to learn
• Commitment to Macmahon's safety culture and values
• Ability to meet our due diligence criteria 

**You must be able to prove full Australian Working Rights, as we are unable to support Visa applications for traineeships**

Please note that we run a multiple-stage selection process. You may be required to complete a pre-employment questionnaire, complete online psychometric testing and attend a DTO Assessment Day in our Perth Head Office.
