We are looking to hold our Assessment Day on Thursday 30th November in Bridgetown. We are looking for suitable candidates to train and onboard them into the DIDO roster at Greenbushes.

• Kick-start your mining career this year with a leading mining contractor  
• Complete Certificate III in Surface Extraction Operations while working on site
• Permanent full-time role with great remuneration and generous company benefits 

Due to the continuous growth we are currently seeking expressions of interest from motivated individuals, who are keen to jump-start their career within the mining industry as Trainee Dump Truck Operators, working on both dayshifts and nightshifts required at the Greenbushes Lithium Mine. 

As a registered training organisation Macmahon will not only provide you with structured on-the-job training, you will also complete a nationally recognised Certificate III Surface Extraction Operations.

You do not require any previous experience to be considered for these roles, but you will need to demonstrate the following:  

• Current unrestricted Manual Drivers Licence; 
• Full Working Rights in Australia
• Commitment to Macmahon safety culture and values; 
• ‘Can-do’ attitude and willingness to learn; 
• Great interpersonal and communication skills;

As a part of the recruitment process for this role you may be required to complete a pre-employment medical, inclusive of laboratory drug and alcohol screen and complete a criminal history and qualification checks. Additionally, you will be asked to provide proof of working rights in Australia i.e. copy of valid Australian passport, birth certificate, citizenship certificate or current visa grant notification where applicable.
