About Us

About You

In this key role you will oversee, influence, and manage the site conveyors standard to legislative & corporate requirements.
 
You experience job satisfaction from:

• Planning and coordinating projects for the sites conveyor belt installs and overhauls.
• Monitoring the performance of the sites conveyor and outbye equipment and develop engineering plans to improve performance
• Managing outbye equipment purchase and maintenance contracts with equipment manufactures
• Coordinating life cycle planning, cost management and budget requirements as well as preparing capital forecasts to meet the business needs for longer term conveyors
• Providing technical support and advice in the event of extended equipment breakdowns, liaising with the relevant internal and external stakeholders
• Being the site engineering expert on conveyors and outbye equipment to set the engineering standard and framework for the mine in the conveyor and outbye field

You posses:

• The ability to maintain the highest level of safety and operational standards, while delivering projects to agreed scope, quality standards and budget;
• A knack for innovation in coordinating resources and activities to identify and manage projects that improve performance of outbye equipment and processes. 
• Analytical ability to analyse data and predict equipment failure and develop improvement strategies to improve overall equipment performance.
• Experience working with outbye equipment and processes
