About the role

We are seeking a self-motivated Painter/Blaster to join our Kalgoorlie team for an immediate start. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of abrasive blasting, protective coating, and heavy equipment painting whilst complying with our Health and Environment Management System.

The successful applicants will be responsible for

• Carrying out paint and blast repairs and upgrade improvements to earth moving equipment
• Apply two pack systems to structural steel and machinery.
• Blast, prime and paint within job specifications.

Your Skills and Experience

• A nationally recognised trade qualification
• A National Police Clearance
• Kalgoorlie Resident or looking to relocate to Kalgoorlie.
• Previous work experience with Automotive and Industrial Painting, Airless Spraying and Abrasive Blasting
• The ability to work as part of a cohesive team.
• A strong commitment to safety
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution focus
• Australian working rights
