Parts and Stores Coordinator

The Position 

We are currently seeking experienced Parts and Stores Coordinator to join our Maintenance Support Administration team in our Rutherford office on a permanent full-time basis.

The successful candidate will be required to perform a broad range of administration and warehouse duties including but not limited to the following; 

• Raising and receipting purchase orders
• Proactive parts management, receipting and mitigating outstanding payments 
• Liaising with external clients and providers 
• Maintaining equipment records and work orders 
• Liaising with Procurement team for delivery and dispatching of goods.

We are looking for 

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in a parts interpreter role preferable
• A 'Can Do" attitude 
• Experience with ‘Cat Sis’ would be of strong advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite including Excel 
• Experience working in the Mining Industry or with Heavy Earthmoving Equipment preferred but not essential.
• Adaptable to change and willingness to accommodate a flexible approach to daily duties 
• Strong organisational and planning skills 
• effective communication skills 
• Ability to work as part of team and support the objectives of the team. 
• Forklift ticket preferred but not essential
