A day in the life as a Parts & Stores Coordinator:

  • Oversee end-to-end parts coordination for our machinery fleet.
  • Purchase order expediting to ensure on time deliveries.
  • Ensure orders are receipted for payment.
  • Manage inventory, optimize stock levels, and ensure efficient stores organization.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and procurement teams for seamless coordination.
  • Freight dispatch including logistics and distribution of parts.

What you will bring:

  • A passion for parts coordination!
  • Licence to conduct high risk work – forklift.
  • Experience with heavy earthmoving equipment, parts and components advantageous
  • Excellent planning, communication, organisation and time management skills and a can-do attitude!
