Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Based at Moolarben Coal Operations and reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will be a part of a dynamic and motivated team. The role will require you to:

• Staging parts and components per Day/Machine prior to execution
• Ensure parts and component return procedure compliance
• Assist with unused planned parts return
• Liaise between stores/warehouse, planning and execution
• General cataloguing of materials as required
• Workshop support including:
  • Assist supervisor follow up incomplete documents, information or change-out forms as required. Change-out form completion remains the responsibility of the maintainer completing the work
  • Assist emergency repairs where required – parts collection
  • Attend planning meetings
  • Monitor and assist with the off hiring of rental equipment and tooling

Skills and Experience

Essential Criteria:

• Relevant experience with maintenance execution/planning systems.
• Excellent planning, coordination and communication skills.
• Very good interpersonal skills, including excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to practice good management skills.
• Sound organisational skills.
• The ability to operate a computer system (SAP)
